CFA stands for cutting for approval. These are samples of specific lots. When ordering a product and choosing to have a CFA, your desired quantity of the item is placed on reserve, and a cutting from the reserve is sent to you for your approval. CFAs are roughly 4 inches by 2 inches. Collections that have a CFA option will have it listed under product specifications.
