How do I cancel an order?

Please note that all sales are final; however, for in-stock items, if your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact our Customer Experience team via phone at 800.576.5414 or via email at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Made To Order and Custom items cannot be canceled if the item has started production.

Back-ordered items that have gone into production cannot be canceled.

Any exception will incur a restocking fee of 25%.
