What is considered a non-returnable item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom, Mash Up, or Pure Imagination items. These items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold to another customer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In addition to custom items, we also do not accept returns on Made To Order items. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned for resale. We appreciate your understanding.
